The manual contains the following information.

A description of some of the theoretical aspects associated with using MISER3 to solve problems described by differential equations.
A discussion of constrained mathematical programming problems.
How to run MISER3.3 together with a variety of coded test problems.
How to run MISER3.3 to solve problems described by difference equations.
Information on error returns and the testing of function and gradient calculations.
